In the last ten years, Megan Varga has proven to be a real estate sales leader in Coastal Orange County . Megan began her sales career with Strada Properties; the most prestigious and well renowned real estate firm in Newport Beach, California after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Diego in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. It was at the University of San Diego that Megan finished as the top business/finance student in her class, and was awarded multiple prestigious distinctions including: Mortgage Brokers Association of San Diego Scholarship, University of San Diego Presidential Scholarship , Financial Executives Institute Scholarship, and the Building Industry Association Scholarship. Since that time Megan has been very active in real estate investing. Her extensive experience with buying, remodeling, managing, and selling real estate assets helps Megan guide her clients with their portfolios.

Most Recently, Megan earned her Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. The education and skill set Megan received in this elite program only enhances the superior representation she provides to her client base.

Megan recently celebrated her 10 year anniversary in residential real estate and joined the Hom Group in Newport Beach.
